- 6:00 a.m.: Monday through Saturday

What if I don't receive my newspaper?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We continually strive for excellence and regret anytime we let you down. If you did not receive your newspaper, please contact our Customer Sales and Service Department toll free at 1-866-458-2297. Same day redelivery available on Sunday for requests made prior to 12:30 p.m. If you call after these times we will be happy to extend your account for the missed delivery and send a notice to your carrier.

How can I change my delivery address?
You can request a change of delivery address by calling the Customer Sales and Service Department toll free at 1-866-458-2297.
How can I report a delivery problem?
You can report service problems by calling the Customer Sales and Service Department toll free at 1-866-458-2297. We offer same day redelivery on Sunday. To receive Sunday redelivery you must call the Customer Sales and Service Department by 12:30 noon. Service problems may also be reported anytime online at account.daily-times.com/delivery-issue/. We regret that we are unable to redeliver to some outlying areas of the state. We will gladly extend your account for the missed delivery and send a notice to your carrier.
How do I stop my newspaper for vacation?
Subscribers can order vacation stops/starts by calling the Customer Sales and Service Department toll free at 1-866-458-2297 or online at account.daily-times.com/delivery-temporary-stop/.
How do I get credit for vacation papers, missed deliveries, or other service problems?
Credit for missed deliveries, wet papers, etc. is given at the time the vacation or problem is reported to the Customer Sales and Service Department. Your account will automatically be credited for vacation stops. All credits will be reflected on your next renewal notice.
I stopped my paper for vacation, but the amount on my renewal notice is the same. Why didn't I get credit for the papers I did not receive?
Customers on 13-week, 26-week, or 52-week renewal cycles will not see a change in the amount on their renewal notices. Any credits for vacation papers, missed deliveries, etc., will be reflected as an extension of the previous renewal period. For example, if a customer on a 13-week cycle, which ends on August 1st, stops their paper for one week, the expiration date of their subscription will change to August 8th, and the due date for their next payment will move back one week.
I think my Renewal Notice is incorrect. What do I do?

If I subscribe for a special offer, how much will my subscription cost after the special expires?
At the end of your introductory offer, your subscription will be renewed at the normal rate for your frequency of delivery and delivery area. This amount will be reflected on the renewal notice you receive as your special nears its expiration.
If I do not send in my renewal by the due date, will my paper automatically stop?
No. Your service will continue past the renewal date even if you do not send a payment in by the due date. We have found that subscribers wish to not have a lapse in their service so we will continue to deliver and send payment notices for a short period of time after the expiration date. Please contact the Customer Sales and Service Department toll free 1-866-458-2297 if you wish to make any changes to your service.

Our EZ Pay Program offers customers the convenience of renewing their subscriptions by automatic deductions from either a checking account or credit card. No more bills to pay and checks to write!
